Rittenhouse Rankings ' mission is to establish standards for the dynamic delivery of information, as well as to encourage creative and candid expression in business communication. We define dynamic communication as that which informs, educates and engages its audience. This communication not only describes change, but can actually change perceptions and actions. Over the past five years, we have developed a product called LanguageWorks for business(SM), which identifies the underlying structure and context of CEO communication in annual reports. It is used to:
